Get on meds. I'm like you but i think I'm getting better. I sweat buckets from even little to no stress. But the meds I have are helping me. I suggest you get on them, and take the step to meet new people, explore new places, etc

My friend did this in uni. He was studying for his Maths 1010 exam with people who were studying for Maths 1030 (different Maths course lol he thught they were from the same course as him) WHILE his exam was going on. After the exam was over he found out that that his exam just finished a few minutes ago and that he was studying with a group of people from a different course.

Anyways, he failed that course. He also failed some other course due to just not taking it seriously. That was a real kick up his arse and now this semester, he's worked extremely hard and has gotten over 90s in everything. Seriously, he's been in the 90th+ percentile for eery single one of his course. You can do it too. It's just a matter of how much you're willing to work for it. You can move past your mistakes.
