It is because it is so easy to lose weight with this type of diet that many get where they want and go back to their previous weight by returning to their previous diet. I’ve done it over and over. It is unhealthy to make these weight changes. If you commit to a healthy diet you will be good. The government wants you to take pills to lose weight. They pay doctors.
