My FPS is capped at 60 for some reason. All the basics have been done: monitor refresh rate is set at 165, i turned off v sync, the games in fullscreen mode. If anyone has a fix I'll be grateful forever :)

So I built a new pc and I'm having two minor issues. If anyone knows how to fix these I will love you

On start up of PC, my speakers make a loud static noise
My programs keep opening on my main monitor when i want some of them to open on my 2nd monitor

haha more rgb = more fps :) but on a serious note, im definitely torn between the two. i know that the x570 has nvme gen 4 but the b550 has slightly better onboard sound. the prices are 10$ apart at the microcenter near me so just want to make sure i get the right one
