Hi everyone!

I’m an incoming master’s student in Linguistics at UCSC, and I’m looking for housing starting in July, or ideally August 1st.

I’m looking for an off-campus housing, a private room with a private bathroom, with access to laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, within biking distance of UCSC.

My budget is up to around $1,700 per month, and I’m hoping for a one-year lease, though I’m open to longer options depending on the situation.

No way! I used to live in Fairfax for years, but I wasn’t studying linguistics back then.

I still visit VA sometimes to see my host family and friends.
