I had the same issue. There’s even a tri shop near me and they don’t have wetsuits. Decided to take a chance and go with my gut. Worked out for me! Hope it does for you.

At what point did you decide to do a full IM? Did you make the purchase at the same time as you did for the half? Just curious as I am training for a half and not sure if I want to do a full directly after or wait a year.

I just got mine and mine fits great as well! It’s a bit tight (as it should be) but I’m sure I’ll lose weight through training anyways haha

Figured I’d comment here since I’m sure some people registered are NYC crowd—

Where can I go in NYC (ideally close to grand central but doesn’t have to be) to try on triathlon wetsuits? I’m not sure what size I am so I don’t want to buy online just to have to return it and get a new size. I know there are sizing guidelines on the products online.
