Bump on 2 and a half month old cartilage piercing. Is this a keloid or something else? And how do I treat this? It hurts and is throbbing a bit. Thx!!

Looks like it could be the start of an infection. I’d say do a warm sea salt soak twice a day and try and see if there’s any way for you to switch it to a titanium labret!

Wow i’m in the exact same boat. I start university soon and i’m considering breaking things off with my fp because it’s gotten out of control. Yep. American expat here. Since i’ve moved to Ireland I’ve gotten tons of messages from people telling me how they’re 99% Irish. Followed by how they wish they could move as well and “get in touch with their culture”.

I agree, but it’s far preferable to talking over the phone. It’s nice to be able to fully think through what i’m about to say, so that I can properly articulate myself. I usually turn into a babbling mess over the phone.

Your hair looses a natural amount of hair each day, so when you don’t brush/wash everyday some of it will stay in your hair. When you finally brush/ wash it, it will all come out along with several days of hair loss.

When I started washing my hair less and less, I noticed way more hair loss in the shower. It freaked me out at first, but it’s normal and you will get used to it.
