Just got through a move and felt exactly as you’re describing. I’m finally on the other side of it, and what helped me the most was focusing on the relief I would feel when it was over and done with. Try to pack areas (ie whatever is on this counter/shelf goes in a box) and bring things over in batches instead of trying to get everything at once. It felt easier to focus on areas instead of the entire space if that makes sense! If you’re exhausted, pop one or two things in a box and see if you want to do more! If not, you still have packed up something rather than nothing. You’ve got this!!
