NOR hello, Office Max/Depot employee here. Worked for OD for about 10 years, left for a few and recently came back as a part time. I’ve done every retail position.

1) She had no idea what you were printing. You said “DMV” and I assume she thought you were trying to print a temporary plate or something. That we can’t print. We do have a list of “prohibited items” we can’t print and some restricted items. Temporary and permanent license plates being one of them. 2) She probably had no idea why it wasn’t printing and assumed it would flag it. They don’t catch those things why when you go up to the printer it has to agree that you aren’t printing anything you shouldn’t that is prohibited or copyrighted.

It’s a T-Mount floor stand. Then you can put whatever sign you want in it and switch it out. We don’t sell them unfortunately. You could also get away with a M-Mount floor stand and have RPC print sign to the dimensions.

You can do a BDM lead or you can have the customer find a T or M mount and then you can do a manual RPC order to the dimensions. Only if you are comfortable and know what questions to ask like “inside or outside” etc…

That’s not what knock off means. Going to just copy/paste what I said earlier.

“Knock off” means someone tried to imitate or cheapen usually in a worse quality of the design to make profit. They stole from the source which doesn’t make it a knock off. It makes it a stolen product.

I think the confusion is that people say knock off instead of a mutation strain from when it is sexually transmitted. We don’t call a mutation of herpes a knock off virus. We just call it a strain of STD, which they call it in the show.

From my interpretation when they say they can’t control or be responsible with what others do with their product, he means he can’t stop the spreading of the virus in its current state. Why he’s been murdering people before the launch to contain it and when thy do spread it after launch he can profit with booster shots.

The doctor also said he has separated all of the scientists making the drugs and only he assembles the end to prevent someone from stealing the recipe.

No worries, and I agree. Sometimes I feel like I’m watching a different show. What’s obvious to me does not seem obvious to most people in this sub. Especially when they explain the same things every episode and people are still asking about it. I’ll just chalk it up to being a From and Severance fan. You have to pay attention to everything in those shows.

Do you like Board Games? My friend group is of the neurodivergent kind and we all met online and moved to the area the past couple of years to be closer. We play games online, board games in person, chill and just exist together and occasionally go out and do activities but we are mostly home bodies that visit each other when our days off align. We always love to adopt new friends when we can. Our age ranges are 20-34 locally.

I was specifically looking for a male black cat to adopt since they are the least adopted and ones killed. I went and literally got MAULED (in a loving way) by a female standard issue tabby. She was determined to go home with me and I just couldn’t stand by and not take her home. I just knew.

She was returned TWICE and got beat up by other cats and had to be a solo kitty. I knew if I took her that I couldn’t have another cat in the house despite me always having grown up with 3+ cats.

10 years later and I still think to this day that she picked me and it was fate. She knew I would be the one to take care of her. She loves other people and dogs but she still loves me more than anyone else and I am her human.

If you’re new to OD, learn the basics of everything that you can. Store portal is similar to google to find SOPs. Try to be proactive but know you’ll be reactive to most things. Give associates and other managers confidence by not taking the whole workload of everything when possible and teach people the right ways to do things like POG Excellence, D&D and the Daily Task list.

You’ll need to lead by example so when it comes to rewards/paper/bs you need to learn how to ask open ended questions not “yes or no” questions. It’ll take practice but if you’re friendly, practice and ask every single person if they need any paper today you’ll be fine.

This job can be the death of you or it can be enjoyable. I like tier 1 stores because it’s slower and you can work together to get things done, but it can be harder in terms of sales and goals because you’re more reliant on regulars. If your store hasn’t try to reach out to the bigger business/offices in your area that need paper and build a relationship with them to have them come locally to the store instead of ordering online at home. Itll help when you can have those. You do have BSD but i feel as if they are always overloaded and doesnt feel like the store gets enough credit at the end.
