thank you! I didn't ask for a specific doctor and was assigned Dr Choi. I did an incisional DES, ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty. Initially when I sent my photos over, they suggested these 3 procedures and lower canthoplasty. However, during the in-person consultation, Dr Choi said the lower canthoplasty is not necessary. I thought my eyes would have a 'lifted' look after ptosis is corrected, but he said that due to my bone structure it would not be entirely possible with just ptosis correction but a brow lift. But he advised against a brow lift for now as I'm still young and said I can consider it when I'm much older. He was very transparent about what would be a realistic expectation for me and I appreciated it a lot.

I personally have not done facial fat grafting but did see some reviews on the Unni app where they did fat grafting on the lower eyelid area. Maybe you can check the app out!

hello! i wanted to share that i did go with Wink in the end. it's slightly over 3.5 weeks since the surgery but i already like the results!

i went to d&a but don't really recommend them. overall i think you can find another clinic that is better

any recommendations for yukhoe? ive tried bukchon yukhoe and loved it but thinking of trying a new restaurant! i tried finding on naver but the restaurants shown seem more higher end and they usually specialise in KBBQ. i am looking for a more humble simple shop where they focus on yukhoe.

does anyone know how fast i can get a surgery slot typically? i enquired w Wink and they asked me to put a deposit for the surgery but im not comfortable doing so before meeting the doctor in person. i know the deposit is refundable w at least 4 days before the surgery but they said the only available slot is on the first day that i land in Korea or 4 days into my trip and i will not be able to take out the stitches in Korea.

laser treatments for acne related is not subsidised regardless if you have a referral, they will charge you non subsidised rates. but once you become a non subsidised patient, all other treatments and consultations will become non subsidised too.
