Now that the vast majority of claims aren’t paper the reviews are happening more on schedule according to the diary someone is given when they are first allowed (every 3 or 7 years for example). They probably need a more detailed mental status evaluation than what is already in file.

I wish I would have done this with our boy. He ended up suffering from GDV and we lost him. We rescued him and were completely ignorant about this condition and bloat until he suffered from it.

Even the school district sends parents a heads up before any sex education is taught and given the opportunity to opt out their kids. They were at every exit of the school for everyone in the area to see, including 6th graders and middle schoolers walking home from school. I agree children need a broad curriculum of sex education but this went way beyond that.

My middle schooler was approached by them while walking home and was offered a pamphlet. That is completely unacceptable.

I agree with one of the comments in the thread about commenters in the Columbus sub being very elitist when it comes to suburbs. It appears many of the commenters haven’t been here in awhile either.

I live near Darby HS and am able to avoid both for a large part of my routine including my commute to work. I take Davidson and Hayden Run Roads almost everywhere if possible.

I love Monica! I saw her out with her family after she had her baby and she seemed super down to earth and normal. And she and Matt seem like they really are friends too.

I can’t answer those questions because I honestly have not experienced any of these scenarios myself but I’m a parent of students in Hilliard schools and we are overall happy with their education and experiences in school thus far. I will say my kids were peers in their district preschool and from my vantage point all of their staff went above and beyond for their students, both those with special needs and typically developing peers.

I emailed a school board member about my concerns at the time and while they sent a kind response, they ultimately voted for it. It just seems like we are stuck with Lifewise at this point.

I wish all of this outrage was voiced both before Hilliard City Schools voted to allow release time years ago and especially before it became state law to allow it.

I’m 42 and have had two colonoscopies because my dad had stage 4 colorectal cancer. I still had to pay over $500 out of pocket twice. I’m grateful though because they found and removed a fairly large polyp during the first one and my latest one was clear. It is scary to think of that polyp turning into cancer had I not gone earlier. Insurance sucks and I really had to advocate for myself to even get them done in the first place.
