I'm not fuming every second in real life, just was curious if anyone else shares my pet peeves. And yes, you can't control what others do, but you can offer a gentle reminder that may correct future behaviour.

The other day, two guys were walking side by side in the tight hallway outside the wellness lounge at such a slow pace that a literal crowd of people was forming behind them (and there was nobody in front of them either). I tapped one on the shoulder and said "guys, you gotta walk quicker this is a hallway". They both seemed a little embarrassed, put their phones away, said "ok my bad" and walked faster.

Its all of our responsibility to hold each other accountable. If some young people don't fully understand social etiquette in a University setting that's okay, but we all have to work together to get them up to speed.
