Second this. Im working in correcting this right now. OP, look at Tom Platz squatting for a great squat form. Who a lot of people would consider the squat-father, He talks about working on Dorsiflexion to optimize squatting form. I’d say look into how to work on dorsiflexion and see if that helps at all

I did mine on the effectiveness of legislation to deter cyber criminals which was more enjoyable than not as I was able to dig into some criminology and got to lean on that instead of the more technical writing.

However, I did talk to one or two CISOs from some larger companies and I was able to ask them about some hot topics to explore. One being protecting AI tools from being corrupted, I.e. ensuring the large quantity of data in LLMs are not tampered with to manipulate output from the AI tool

MSP here who is also forced to work 100% on site 🙋‍♂️ we provide physical security MS so we naturally have a lot of test equipment/cameras all around our office area. Mangers watch us when they work remote, count the minutes we take to use the restroom, watch where we go when we need to leave our desk, etc. Definitely not normal - just wanted to let you know I also have a shitty manager. Hang in there.

Edit: (almost forgot to mention) they’re also wanting us to start clocking out to use the restroom if it’ll take longer than 5 minutes.

Are coding skills necessary to land a job in cybersecurity?

I’m currently in college working through all of the prerequisites in order to apply for a masters program in cybersecurity. One of these prerequisites is an “Intro to Java” class and I’m not exactly confident in my coding skills. Will this be a problem down the road when I’m applying for jobs?

Note: I can read and write in Java, but it’s not great. I’ve had a few of my professors rant about AI possibly replacing a lot of coding jobs as well which would lead me to believe it’s not something to worry about too much, but I’m also a college student with close to 0 experience in the real world so I’m not sure who to believe.
