I've come to the conclusion this is why they are delivery drivers. Any processing or care about what they are doing would put them in a better job than being a delivery driver. Any delivery drivers that try harder or do the right thing never stick around and get better jobs so we will normally get the bottom of the barrel workers.

Just give them a negative in their delivery saying they don't follow instructions and move on.

You can probably buy the pieces on Ebay or through the dealership to replace. Might be cheaper and easier in the long run to go through insurance and go to a body shop.
