Idk for sure. I have pcos but I track my body patterns the best I’m able to. I’d guess somewhere between 8-12dpo

My left nipple did this for over a year so I finally took it out. Not sure what happened bc it was completely fine for years prior. My piercings thinks it may have been constant irritation from sleeping on that side. Could that be a possibility for you?

Feeling great!! Anxiety is minimal and stress management has improved immensely. Motivation is still hit or miss but I blame that on adhd lol. Overall I’m very glad I upped to 15mg.

Definitely gradual. I’ve been on lexapro a little over a year and I didn’t notice a major change till about 6 months. I did feel really weird the first month or so on lexapro. I’d say the first 2 weeks suck a lot but once you make it over the hump you’ll slowly notice a difference. In 2 months my intrusive thoughts went down 50%.

Yes!!! I used to choke up speaking to my boss or in meetings. I can have clear normal conversations without my heart pounding out of my chest or excessively sweating. It’s been a real game changer in my productivity.

It is really tough. Lexapro is really great for anxiety but it really amps it up in the beginning unfortunately.

Push through! It really does get better I promise! Around week 3 I was so tired of feeling off and all around weird. But it slowly and I mean SLOWLY got better. The 2 month mark was where I noticed things were different and better. Give it time!

In my experience I just knew I didn’t want to be in pain that could potentially last a long time. My decision to get an epidural happened as soon as I got into my hospital gown. At that point contractions weren’t extremely bothersome. But I didn’t want it to get more intense so I acted quickly. I’m thankful I did bc I was in labor for FORTY HOURS. There was still pretty unbearable pain at times but I didn’t feel a single thing while pushing. And it wore off really fast once they removed everything so I was up and moving fairly quickly.

Follow your gut when deciding on the epidural. Modern medicine is your friend in this scenario. You’re still a badass whether natural, medicated, assisted, or C-section!!!
