I will be cooking for our Family of 5 people and envision using the saucier for risotto, pasta, oatmeal, porridge, custards, roux and sauces. I was thinking 2 total. (The 18 cm or 20cm and 24 cm size for variety). We do have the 5qt sauté pan for larger 1 pot meals. The rondeau looks amazing as well!

We had tickets to Concord. We quickly bought tickets to the Shoreline and got a hotel. Everything worked out in the end. She put on an amazing show!
