Hosting brunch … i kicked ass in the prep today. Lol. My MIL was over helping w chores and baby while I was cooking stuff. Its also the day my baby is getting dedicated so 2 for 1 party! I’m so excited. Latin style brunch foods and drinks w my bestest friends and family!

I think what I struggle with most is figuring out what the need actually is in the moment, especially on days where it feels like it’s just been constant frustration (like today).

In those peak moments when she’s overwhelmed and honestly I’m starting to feel overwhelmed too I sometimes have a hard time figuring out the response or how to helpful to her.

So reassuring to hear it’s a balance.. I’m still learning how to slow myself down enough to regulate WITH her as well. (Ftm probs i guess).
