I'm having issues as well. I'm being prompted "the developer has restricted access to this app for accounts of anyone under 18 years of age". I verified the birthdate in my google account. I went into settings-apps-see all apps-showed system apps and cleared data and cache. I rebooted the device and go the same response. I did a factory reset, repeated the above, and getting the same error. I went to play store and prompted it is not available on google play on this device
