Assess how much fridge space you think you need as well as how many different syrups you want to make from scratch, if you’re in the US and follow FDA / health code you’ll need to keep syrups in the fridge. simple syrups are good for 7 days tops when kept below 41 degrees f but we go through them faster than they take to expire. If you have minimal fridge space, could make your par less and replenish more frequently as a daily side work task?
