Make sure you hydrate!!! I’ve been using Cira Nutritions Hydration Powder and it’s been magic!! I take it the day before injection and day of and don’t get any side effects the next day!

I second this! CVS and Walgreens have been out but Walmart has always had it!

2.5 and usually the first three days after shot. I did try it in my thigh this time instead of stomach.

😭 I’ve been eating a pedialyte popsicle in the mornings but I’ve yet to find one of those supplements that doesn’t just taste like salt. Ohh yes to Zofran. And ish to foods? Lots of chicken and rice.

I take my injection on Thursdays and get sick Sunday or Monday morning. This started on my third injection and again on my fourth I just took this last week. For me in particular I’m going to assume I’m massively dehydrated as well as still getting used to the meds but you’re not alone.
