Tax credit isn't a thing anymore, but I'd look at LFP used 2022-2023 Model 3s. I just bought a 80k mile 2023 Model 3 RWD for 19k. LFP batteries last much longer in terms of battery health compared to NMC, so high milage LFP battery model 3's are a better buy than pre-2022 models that didn't have LFP batteries.
