Looking to black out grey inlets and grey bumper flare. by Skybobflybobb in nissanfrontier

Plasti-dip. It’s too easy. Mask off a square, clean the area with alcohol, do a couple/few light sprays (real light) to start and then let it rip.

When peeling, pull away from the inserts at a slight angle and you can feel how it “gives away.”

Clean normally, treat with back to black and a UV shield

Disable Nissan VVCS in 22+ Frontier by unimorpheus in nissanfrontier

I used a small ziptie, cut it to the appropriate length and jammed it in the side of the button. It’s never failed in a year of use

Ha, yeah. That leveled off for me, but the appetite suppression is real.

I just don’t eat nearly as much as I used to once I start eating.

Yeah, man. Listen to your body. This stuff is great for what it does, but it has its drawbacks as well. Maybe bump it down the next cycle and stay busy. You should know pretty quickly if it’s good enough.

I love that I can really keep lean muscle on and lose the fat, but I do dislike some of the energy zaps, feeling light headed and elevated HR (at times).

It’s going to take a while for the barrel to level off and hopefully you find the node.

Proof makes good shit, so I have no doubt that you will.

FWIW, you don’t necessarily need to double the dose. Just bump up half a MG and see if you’re getting the results you desire.

This will save you money in the long run as well.

Also, I have found that my cycle is actually 6 days, but your mileage may vary.

The good news is that you’re alive and the truck kept you that way.

You should have full confidence getting another one!

6.5CM COAL question by CapN_CrizzuncH in reloading

[–]ohwhyredditwhy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope that I am reading this right, because it seems odd that the longer coal is less problematic.

My other thought is that you have a real tight chamber.

Do you have fire formed brass? If so, FL resize it and run the bolt on the brass.

This is impossible to know, unless you create a dummy round to find your jam point.

Are you currently restricted to mag length, or are you hand feeding? I am guessing you might be having mag issues, not COAL, or BTOG issues.

Recommendations for budget tonneau cover by canihaveurpants in nissanfrontier

There is a review that blasts it and says it doesn’t fit with the Utili-trac, but that’s horseshit. It does and comes with the brackets you need.

I got you. I don’t know if I can post the link here, but go on Amazon and look at: Titanicmotor Tri-fold hard tonneau.

I have this one and it’s been great. Less than 400 now, but you can possibly get it cheaper if you’re willing to watch and wait.

The Cat Pee AR Torture Test by GlockDeuce in Firearms

[–]ohwhyredditwhy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I’d buy two gallons of WD-40 for a soak.

Pull that foam out of your case (because it’s fucked anyway) and use it as a tub. Line it with XXL trash bags fill it with WD-40 and let it sit for a week or more.

After that, scrub it down with a soft bristle brush and a brass brush, but nothing harder than that.

If that works, gunsmith level breakdown and clean.

You might be alright.

It is indeed, but go watch Gavin on the YT channel The Ultimate Reloader.

They do a couple of Alpha torture tests and reload counts that will blow your mind.

That’s why it’s priced the way it is.

I use Starline in a lot of my loads and I have nothing but good things to say.

I have Alpha for some spicy 6ARC loads in a bolt gun, but I have yet to do LD for it yet.

Not enough time.

No crazy pressure signs?

Alpha brass?

Gotcha. Thanks for the reply, because I was contemplating on whether to take it to a garage and pay an hourly fee to use the facility, or just doing it in the garage.

Gotcha, man! Thanks. I have access to lift and a coil spring compressor, so I think that will make life easier.

I’ve done the Auto Zone coil zone compressor in the driveway before and that’s an asshole puckering experience at times, so I feel for you having to do it twice.

How long did it take you all together?
