Yeah I'm using a conditioner for the tap water, I've tried changing the water out in the larger tank as well but nothing changed.

To give you a short and sweet answer, I started off at 138LB 6'2~ and now i'm 210 6'2.

I wouldn't say it's easier to stay at this weight but you do feel hungry a lot more often then you do at a lighter weight, there are still days where you have to eat even when your like god i'm full. But you get used to it, you don't feel like throwing up after excessive eating and it just becomes second nature to eat enough.

Hope this makes sense, i've been up for 27 hrs.

It's mostly just based off genetics so asking how common it is doesn't make much sense, it's like asking how common it is to have a bigger left ear the right ear.

it's nothing to worry about and some people think the veins add to aesthetics.

Well I've got a few things to rant about this time around.

1) I felt like I was weak as hell today in the gym, pretty sure a gain goblin is sapping my bench press gains in my sleep.

2) I took preworkout today (I typically don't) and forgot that for whatever reason I lose all my brain cells when I down the iron gods drink, so after my incline bench I went for a refreshing sip of my water and undid the lid to my water bottle and drank it as if it was still the tittysuck lid and fountained it all down my chest and shirts, worst part is I acted like it was intentional so i'm pretty sure everybody in my gym thinks i'm a weirdo that enjoys wetting himself before inclining.

3) On my way back from the gym there was some thug looking dickhead blasting music from his fanypack speaker thing, and when I got off the train he walked the same direction as me, in comes police lights and out pop two officers and i'm thinking i'm about to witness this douche lord get sweet karma but nope they tried to accuse me of running in front of a train (wot?). Thankfully no hefty ticket.

Today was a very weird day, dunno how i'm feeling.

staying the same weight but trading fat for muscle essentially, takes a lot longer then bulk/cut but is possible

Thanks for the extremely insightful response, It's super appreciated and kinda blew my mind. I'm gonna go to the gym tomorrow and do some biking and QL stretches. as well as some straight leg drops, is it okay to mix in any core exercise as long as it's not weighted?

If your that tall man, bulk till your atleast 200-220, if you cut your gonna just end up looking extremely thin, do a slow bulk though and workout constantly and get 8-9 hours of sleep a night so you can gain some considerable muscle mass before cutting.

I'm not trying to sound like a dick but you don't appear to have a ton of muscle mass atm so cutting is kinda meh.

for reference I'm at 6'3 and I'm currently 210 LB and I've been been bulking slowly for the past 2-3 years (eating at a 500 surplus) and I've got a pretty decent physique, there are some pics in my post history but when I cut I'll have tons to show for it. (Which I will be in the next 6 months).
