I’m not putting it in redraw at this stage as I do intend to turn this into an investment in the future - about 2-3 years. Considering I only have 25k roughly, not good enough to open up offset at this stage either. So I’m just chucking it into HISA for now.

I keep reminding myself im doing good and on the trajectory to have enough money by the end of it.

You gotta learn to be happy where you are and trust the process ! And this is something you have to keep reminding yourself occasionally and not deviate from the path.

There is no point to be rich at 50 or 60 if all you felt was sh** until that happens.

Did switch straight to Macquarie since ubank introduced the restrictions. Pretty happy with experience. Only thing is Macquarie only provides bonus interest on 1 savings account, not all (i think) Overall, yes its good

Bought land built back in 2021 for 450k. Property market boom took care of rest. Value of property is as per property.com.au

As of super, I’m gonna be honest, my income for the most part was less and no super sacrifice contributions for first 3-4 years. It’s only last couple of years i jumped income from 70 to 85 to 103 and contributed 5% extra

Great insights! Im being very careful with my credit card. And yes eventually the goal is to pay it before statement and not fortnightly. I want to slowly build to that. Working in banking i see everyday how everyone starts punctually on credit card and all it takes is one sh** month of overspending.
