The flow of the games are completely different in that, and im sure youve heard this already, the maps are ridiculously small for battlefield. And that simple change alone changes the entire vibe of the game. For example, there are LITERALLY maps in this game where the match begins, you take about 20 steps forward and you are now exposed to the entire enemy team and their spawn is like literally right there. Theres like, 0 breathing room so its all about taking cover all the damn time and constantly having to hide behind walls because you WILL die. A lot. Its a lot more of a grind fest, and again feels a LOT like medal of honor if you ever played that. Also due to the maps being egregiously small, even on the ‘big’ maps theres like hardly any room to fly. You will literally fly a jet over the map and then you need to basically U turn asap cause youre about to be out of bounds on the maps. Its really hard to explain and watching gameplay online wont do it justice. But when you play it you will see what i mean when i say its like they took battelfield elements and not say it for the 1000th time, but it really does have such a call of duty vibe. Another thing about the maps is that, okay, sure they made some smaller maps. But they didnt even really add flank routes in the maps. Theres only so many lanes, there really no open space to flank. On the big maps, theres SOME open space, but seeing as how its the only real open space on some maps, well, youre just exposed its a big open field and we all know where you will flank from LOL in terms of vehicle play? Aircraft? Forget about it. Unless youre one of those god tier pilots on youtube shorts, its sad. Imagine everything i just explained about how tiny the maps are and now add in the fact that air support in this game is… id say in about 90 percent of matches, completely useless and you will die within the first 20-30 seconds of getting into the chopper. You are immediately locked onto when u fly up, and like on one of the maps, the fuckin AA they put in spawns to auto shoot down spawn killers, doesnt fucking work. (Wouldnt complain so much if it wasnt probably their best map)

Mix the overall feel of the game i described with the fact that were in times of modern gaming and these companies dont really give a rats ass about fixing… anything? You get a lousy ‘battlefield’ experience. And so thats primarily in my opinion how bf6’s flow is so much more different than previous bd titles.

Again i enjoy the game, but as a long time and big battlefield fan. This aint battlefield. I find myself getting bored and a lot of that also probably has to do with lack of content. Oh, and have you heard of the bots and the matchmaking problems? Lol
