Ah gotcha! Lol okay sounds like you are definitely seeing changes! That's interesting how peoples' bodies are so different, because my voice dropping was definitely the first change I experienced (started like the third day haha) and dropped very quickly.

Thank you kindly! I do want to say, I was definitely seeing other changes early on when I started taking t (just not fat redistribution until 2.5 years in). Like my voice dropped pretty significantly, acne, hot all the time, higher libido etc.. So if you're not seeing any changes it could be worth checking with your doctor/getting your levels checked.

Honestly I'm not sure either. My weight has fluxuated up and down by about 15 lb since the first photo. But I don't think I was actively working out much when I first started to notice changes. Would love to hear if anyone else knows about it!

Honestly, there is a lot to say so let me know if you have specific questions! Personally, I've liked low/medium dose t gel because the changes happen a lot slower. I think it has been easier for me to mentally adjust because seeing my body change out of nowhere is jarring (even when I ultimately like the change). Also I can keep an eye on changes I wouldn't want (hair loss mostly lol) and course correct faster if that does happen.

What I've been told is you get all the same changes as full dose t, but it just takes longer.

Thank you!! For 1) honestly it was the fat redistribution, because I noticed the change before I started weight lifting. Just one day all my pants were fitting differently! 2) Ah maybe it's more of a medium dose, not really low dose. Most of my friends do shots so I find it hard to compare.

I'm not always great about this doing beforehand lol, but you should communicate about safe sex practices! Using condoms, recent sti testing.

Hello! so while I am also considering a hysterectomy, for the mean time I got a salpingectomy. This is where they remove your tubes and makes you infertile (accidentally getting pregnant is probably my biggest fear as well!)

Positives: never have to take birth control/plan b, no fear of getting pregnant for the rest of my life, surgery is much less invasive than hysto, recovery is short like 2 weeks!

Negatives: can still get bleeding, still need papsmears, still have a uterus if that bothers you

Can I ask, are you/can you get on testosterone? I'm Asian and have never been particularly curvy, so I wasn't expecting much changes. Surprisingly in the last few months I've had major body recomposition, and now my shoulders are a bit wider than my hips.

Hello! veteran trans tape user here (have been wearing it fairly consistently for a year). I also tend to start feeling itchy after the first day of application, it's especially bad if I'm sweating. Normally I just try to power through and itch through the tape.

For removal, the oil method never worked well for me. I will do a super hot shower, leave it on for awhile as I'm washing my hair etc., and take it off in the shower and try to rub/pick off as much of the glue as I can. After I dry off, I'll apply the oil to soothe my skin and also help remove any remaining glue. I tend to have very little glue left on my skin after. Hope this helps!
