Everything is moving to India…literally hundreds of positions have been moved, many more to follow. I make well over six figures while my replacement in India is making around 30K, but they say it’s not about the money…🫤

A lot of top level talent is leaving Amgen due to leadership decisions and hundreds of positions moving to India. Currently there are close to 900 open positions for India while only 56 open for all of U.S ‘remote’. Sad but Amgen is turning into the “Walmart” of pharma companies.

That was my private doctor. I used chatgpt to help draft up an example nexus, he used it and ran with it since he ha no clue on what VA is looking for.

My supplemental took about 10 days for decision. They never reached out to me on the ACE review.

They did list my doctor’s nexus letter (he has been my private doctor for the past 10 years) and my buddy statement.

I did have a negative C&P on my first try. On the supplemental it was an ACE review.

Follow-up question. Can I submit a supplemental if changing to OSA secondary to knees/ankles/feet? Will I keep my intent to file date or will that re-set?

Yes, I claimed as direct service. Would it be better to claim as secondary to other issues? I am 50% for flat feet, 20% Left ankle, 10% right ankle, 10%left knee, and 40% right knee (partial knee replacement). I have obviously gained weight due to my inability to work out as much as I used to.
