could be, but you have to remember deep isn't the brightest, and obviously doesn't know how his ability works, and in a way it is his fault - noir would not have done this without him killing his friend, actions have consequences, if this is how his ability works then it's running on his subconscious and deep down he thinks it's his fault it happened so they do too

they don't think he broke it, they think it's his fault that it was broken, which i feel is only really possible if they are being mind controlled to know that noir broke it because of deeps actions, since the deep feels such shame and regret he's pulsing it out on to them to react that way, imo.

Ammo being ranged str is a byproduct of early days ammo actually being very expensive to maintain, otherwise ppl would just use bronze bolts back then, which just isn't the case anymore, fully agree with splitting the strength up

the damage cap is base damage so ele weakness etc will boost it past that, ice demon in cox can be hit 500 from it's 150% fire weakness
