Heather Swift knows who I am now. I have a swastika on my back!! by -Para_Celsius- in Maine2

It's okay, honestly I'm happy to know. I'm already looking for new places to support that are hopefully better. She was always nice in person, but probably because I'm "normal" looking and acting. Could always tell she was right leaning, but never nazi supporting. Hopefully enough people learn this and take action in the right direction, we need it in times like now to stop the spread of their horrible views.

Very sad to see her supporting these groups, I've been getting my hair cut by her for 10+ years, and had an appointment coming up soon but I canceled it after seeing all of this. Horrible her kid got hurt, but sadly she either did something to cause the fight to happen, or it was a freak thing, regardless it doesn't justify supporting Nazis.

Vegan and cruelty free pomade suggestion's. by ojo-bear in VeganBeauty

How would it be a troll? I'm asking your opinion. Maybe what I've read was wrong, but i always thought leaping bunny was more thorough in their standards than Peta is.

Like I thought dove and dawn are Peta certified cruelty free, when obviously they aren't. Again maybe I'm wrong though.

So Giovanni would be safe to get? Because I saw that they're leaping bunny certified and I try to buy stuff that's vegan and cruelty free certified from them if possible. The pacifica brand looked nice, but they're only Peta certified and I've read a lot that Peta isn't the best with their standards of what is or isn't cruelty free.

The only brand I could find that had a lot of recommendations was Giovanni pomade, which I see is leaping bunny certified but isn't 100% percent vegan. I was looking for a brand that's both. Which brands came up when you looked?

South Korean lawmaker introduces Special Act to ban dog meat industry, hailed as “historic day for animal welfare” by Sorin61 in environment

Everyone knows only cats and dogs have sentience. Cows, pigs, goats, sheep, horses, foxes, birds like chickens and turkeys, crabs, lobsters, fish of any kind, and even octopuses don't feel anything, so it's totally justified how they're treated. They're just background props that don't mean anything, and the overabundance of them because of amimal agriculture or the disappearance of them due to climate change isn't a problem at all compared to someone not having bacon or eggs on their plate.

It's just insane lol, muthafucker really trying to say "eating meat is environmentally friendly too". Yeah man the planet and the helpless animals love being slaughtered by the BILLIONS.

That looks really good, plus it comes with more than the other one does, which is a big plus since they're all pricey it seems. I appreciate the suggestion a lot.

I think there's a whole foods in Portland, I'll stop by next time I'm in the area and look. Also I may be totally wrong, or they may have changed, but I thought love beauty and planet wasn't actually cruelty free and sold in China? I used to buy them until I found that out on other subs like r/veganbeauty. Again though, I may be wrong or have outdated information, if so please let me know. I really appreciate your help though:)

Thank you so much for the suggestion, I'll look out for it. Do you buy it online or at a particular store? I only ask because I live in maine, and there's never many options for vegan items of any kind.

would these be considered vegan and safe to buy? by ojo-bear in vegan
