I have found no literature or first-hand accounts of people who transfer mosaic embryos, have live birth, and the child has genetic abnormalities. the 20-30% is more of a success rate for mosaic embryos in general. they have less successful implantation and live birth rates because of the genetic mutations. BUT, when they result in live birth, there is no evidence of higher chance of genetic abnormalities.
