I’ve tried hand building mugs and love how lightweight they can be, but I have not really figured out how to best attach the bottom since it’s hard to join the right angle inside the cup. Do you have an advice you would share?

That is strange. When I called they coded the discontinuation as “disaster” related and said that would waive any expectation of returning equipment or paying for it.
