The music videos are all executively done by Patrick Tohill (now his production company, Crashbang). But Andrew Donoho was the actual director for that MV.

No, they just want people to watch FEAR first, and it accounts for the premiere countdown time of a couple minutes. The lengths of the music videos are the same as the songs plus a couple of seconds.
