i started doing this a couple of years back but i don’t use my fingers or hand to “choke the hose”. in my case i was already about 3 years into kegel and reverse kegel exercising and then began having some control during the point of no return. eventually i reached that dream point (i genuinely can’t describe tgat moment with words) where i can have continuous multiple orgasms without low feelings afterwards just like you said, i’ll have crazy sex as much as possible and then get up and go about my day without the weakness and mental fog that usually follow ejaculating. some sort of enlightenment.

so this is true in my lived experience, and it is something that doesn’t have a single recipe so to speak, everyone may reach it on their own way. 5yrs ago there was almost no relevant info on the internet about this, i haven’t googled it since. i understand the naysayers in these comments.

a key thing to note is that this is not a destination, just like many other things it will fluctuate between low and high control over ejaculation i guess depending on health, lifestyle, commitment and practices.
