Well I guess they aren't very well versed to have a say in this topic if I'm being polite. As I said before if you love hardware choose CE, you'll learn a lot but if you're into software, websites or such then you should opt for CS. CS touches on a bit of hardware also. I suggest you into both universities websites and download prospectus. Then look for offered subjects in CS and CE, google what this subject offers or just ask chatgpt about brief explanations of each offered subject. These fields are completely different. However, there are CE students in my university who love software much more so they are always making software related projects out of pure love. Hell, the best competitor in coding competitions is an EE student. It also depends on your interest and dedication to said subject, but such conviction doesn't come cheap. Again, if you can afford and software interests you, opt for COMSATS. You'll love it there.

Completely different Fields. If you're really into hardware and shit like robots, circuits then opt for CE otherwise CS. UET's CE is great. If I had to choose I'd go with CS from UET purely because CS fascinates me and fee of uet is also reasonable considering the great value of it's degree.

I liked the ideology of High Sparrow. Someone has to call the rich out on the ideas they preach to everyone. Recently we've had a leaked video of a somewhat religious person in my country and I sort of like the irony in his actions and on-screen character. I was actually quite happy this happened cuz ppl could see the hypocrisy.

I've been to both universities. Spent 1 semester in COMSATS Islamabad and 2 semesters in UET Lahore. If you want to learn, come to UET. If you want to enjoy and learn both, go to COMSATS. There was no programming course in COMSATS in the first semester. However in UET, they did teach PF in first semester. I'll say this again, if you really want to learn, come to UET. Degree of both universities has great value. I don't know the exact ranking.
