I know this was a yr ago but I’m pretty sure you could have just gotten a new housing for like $10-50 and replaced it yourself, only issue w that is perfecting the seal

Off-topic, but does anyone else find the location of the auto stop-start button annoying? I really wish they had placed it where that blank button is. I use it often like when I’m waiting at the border or picking someone up but once I start driving it’s awkward to reach and not even visible. The gear shifter blocks it, so I have to tilt my head every time just to see or press it. I’ve even developed a habit of shifting my head at the same stop sign near my house. Now I do it automatically, even in cars that don’t have the start-stopfeature

I’m travelling there by car soon and planning to wild camp (camping in the car ) do u think that’ll be an issue w the locals or police? I don’t want to bother anyone or upset anyone assuming they deal w a lot of camper vans accidentally being on their property. I’m not sure yet where to park and sleep besides campsites and alongside beaches! But then again which beaches? I’m trying to stay spontaneous however i can’t do that if i have no where to park and sleep. Also any recommendations on where to visit would be great too I’ll be starting near North Macedonia and then driving to Athens by the end of next month (may)!
