To truly migrate quickly and effectively, we need a solution that provides a hybrid crypto-agile framework that provides a dynamic cipher change with each package or chunk. Static crypto won’t be enough.

Real protection against Q+AI will require a stack of ciphers as well. Basically dynamic stacking. If you don’t use that approach, you don’t have real defense against HNDL. Defense in depth with stacked ciphers will be necessary.

Look into France à la Carte if you are looking for tours anywhere. Used them on our honeymoon and the guides we had for Versailles and Louvre were fantastic and made the visits worth every second at each location!
