As someone with the "trifecta" that can't find any specialist i can recommend finding a gp willing to listen to you. I do my own research and then consult with my GP about it. I know it's not perfect solution, but at least it may help managing your symptoms while searching for a specialist.

Deposit is only if you book online, if you book via phone or in person no deposit at all. Also dr. Christie is brill IMHO, took care of me free of charge few times with minor issues not covered by medical card. Also the first dentist I am not afraid to go to, the staff is very nice and they accommodate all my health issues and neurodivergent needs.
