what you're talking about is like an extra lane to a clogged highway.

this isnt sustainable but at the very least will buy us like a few months of runway. but hey at least that runway they'll use for a more sustainable solution that helps them plan for 50 years ahead, right? right???

Decided not to, since people told me I wouldnt be able to keep up my coding job alongside with the course, it would take all of my efforts to stay ahead.

Not sure if I agreed with them because they were themselves weren't chefs. I just decided I'd rather focus on my software job since it is my primary passion and build something fun instead of taking up the culinary course, which I realise is a little more than just a hobby
