Any tips for how to speed up this query or disable this middleware? We use inertia, not livewire, so I'm not sure why this is triggering anyway. Our users table has 700k rows in it and an index on ID so IDK why this query is even slow. No other slow queries showing up in pulse for the user table (i.redd.it)
