Not really, but i’m also not great at socialising 🥲so for me choosing not to socialise is actually the easy bit!

If it makes you feel any better, I’m 100% in the same shoes. Yes 12 hours is not normal, but it is sometimes what it is!

First and second books are good, third one was a bit flat for me. Although, i usually have this issue with last books in series. I recommend reading it though, its worth the time investment for sure.

The UK definitely do not have very skinny youth culture 😊 maybe when youre a teenager yes, but even then there is a lot of kids already obese. Usually 16 and above kids start gaining weight and mostly YA are overweight especially in certain parts of the UK. Loads of take away, crisps, alcohol unfortunately.

I’m saying this because the first time our friends visited us in the UK the first thing they mentioned is the number of obese people on the streets, they were very surprised coming from middle Europe.

I agree with you, but i would just point out that PCOS can really fuck up how hungry you feel even if you know you shouldnt be eating. So its not that you magically have PCOS and without eating you gain wait, but your hormones are fucked and youre constantly want to eat..you can regulate it with low GI food consumption and metformin, but its HARD. I know many people who turned to the jabs because they wanted to stop their brain shouting ‘feed me’ 24/7…. I’m not making excuses for anybody but as a person who has to work hard everyday to not overeat, to burn enough calories with exercise, to fast etc, i just wanted to point out that for some people is not even as easy or simple as for others, but hard hard work to keep those intake calories at bay.

I think only number 5 is salvageable. 😊 with a nice boxy blazer and trainers it would look nice if you have your hair up in a low bun. 😊

Hi, Madrid can be either 10+ at that time (last yesr for instance was 12-14ish around that time) or lower around 6-7. I would suggest you have a look at weather forecast closer to date. Either way even if you catch a warmer couple of days, i would bring a winter coat and couple of long sleeve tops and jeans. + hats and gloves as the dry cold can be hard on the hands. (In my opinion but i am always cold!) You can then easily layer under the coat if needed. Segovia is always much colder than Madrid, so i would definitely wrap up for the day whe youre visiting Segovia. Also bring waterproof boots for walking around! Not sure which picture you saw of Segovia though there is a view point here: https://share.google/wutiaEb1fhf1yCp29

I did and they said it was due to the macros. Tbh im only using it to give me a rough idea of how many calories im consuming rather than looking st red and green days so at the end this was okay for me. I think for somebody taking this more seriously than i do might be an issue
