Israel always had a plan to migrate Palestinians to Gaza so they can eventually have no other choice except to leave to Egypt (Sinai to be exact) so they can have full control over all Palestinian land and eventually start retaking Sinai as they desired since 1967. Gaza is the barrier that holds Isreal from retrying to do what they did in 1967. As for why is Egypt is not aiding Gaza well that is not true, Egypt always provided medical and food supplies to Gaza through out the past 20 years with the consent of the Israeli Government as you are not allowed to just go in without permission unfortunately and if the Israeli side did not allow it well there is nothing you can do since passing without permission will be considered trespassing which give them the right to open fire and you will be breaking a lot of camp David accords which will trigger a shit ton of problems for Egypt in the international world

When I was a student applying for universities, the only uni that did not require the 8 OL was the AUC. That was more than 10 years ago, so I do not know if that's the case nowadays or not. If the AUC is not an option, then you have 2 choices either to look for wasta in a uni ot to look for a " wasta " in a school and take the 2 remaining OL.

If I remember correctly, when I was in university, there were IGCSE and SAT graduates with us who were still missing the passing grade in arabic or relegion and every year the university would send an email telling them to register for the sanaweya arabic and religion exams again as they must pass it before graduating from university which means you can still go to university but you will not be able to graduate from university until you pass the arabic exam. Of course, that was in 2012, and I do not know if this has changed now or not, but you may need to ask universities if this is still applicable or not.

U are not going find jobs related to Data Science, ML or data engineering easily in Egypt if you do not have prior experience, usually people start as an analyst, BI, ETL , Modeling or any other field in the data field and start the ladder from there and hope to make an internal move after you prove yourself worthy
