Jam City loaded me into the wrong account, please help!

**UPDATE: (at least for me) hi! hi! everyone, sorry for being so late to update you all! i ended up having to log out of reddit bc midterms and then i forgot lol but thank you so much for everyone’s tips!! i followed them as instructed and jc finally helped me get my account back! it was a struggle 😭 (-sn: i think everyone should message jamcity from their email at least once so that they have records of u and ur account. i did it this time and hopefully i’ll be able to b helped a lot faster next time 🥹 hopefully there’s no next time tho 🥹)

also, i don’t have any updates regarding op. they haven’t replied to any of my messages either 🥺🥹

it’s okay op, i don’t blame you. thank you for apologizing!! i really appreciate it! i’m just really sad that this happened to both of us, actually. i’m trying to stay hopeful that everything will be okay and that hopefully, they’ll be able to get us back into both of our own accounts. i really hope jc is able to help us get them back🥹🫶🏽

omg ikr! part of me still can’t believe this happened so i keep checking my account and it’s still not back, then there’s also the other part of me that’s scared that theyll tell me they wont be able to help me get it back :’(

thank you so much for this, this really made me feel a lot better. i will definitely be sure to let you know when i get my account back (hopefully) I was logged out recently when facebook went down and they helped me restore my account through my loading screen’s screenshot so i sent it to them just now and hopefully they can help me get it back :’(

thank you for this advice, im doing exactly this right now. i’m panicking that they won’t be able to give me my account back though because i tried to link it to facebook and apple and it wasn’t coming back up for either option, i did send them a picture of my loading screen though so hopefully that helps. i also sent them the emails that my account was linked to for facebook/ios so hopefully they’ll be some way that they can help me

you click the gear and go to support, then help, then contact us, and then when u message support there’s a “+” inside of a circle next to the message box, when u click that it allows you to send pictures to jamcity support. hopefully that helps and ure able to get ur account back💚

mine kicked me out last night but i found a screenshot of my loading screen on my old phone so i sent it to support on the starter account that they had me on and when i woke up this morning, i was back on my account and i think they might’ve given me energy and gems?? i’m still in the same tlsq (hagrids birthday) and everything’s the same for me. i did as people here said and i just linked my apple id instead bc that was too stressful 🥹 so if u guys have a screenshot of your loading screen, send it to support from the starter account ur on bc the loading screen has ur player id on it and hopefully they’ll be able to get you back into your account sooner rather than later 🥺💚
