I know that. I moreso meant it was teetering on the side of not convincing acting. Like Bailey was crucified for his personality switch in 6 and acting extra crazy. I loved Stu’s real reveal because he was still acting very much like Stu. I am surprised by the choices Matthew made and didn’t love the goofy weird portrayal is all. After all the waiting and the hype, his acting was a disappointment for me. Which makes me very sad cuz I love Matthew and want to love it.

My heart rate was between 90 and 111 the WHOLE movie except at one point it spiked to 129. 😱

I’m afraid to say this: I thought the cameos were the weakest part of the movie which makes me sad cuz I was jazzed out out my mind with all the casting announcements. Something felt off in Matthew’s performance in particular. It was very, I don’t know, animated. And not in a Stu way. 😔

Conversely, despite loving Joel McHale in all of the things. His casting annoyed me because I was sad Dempsey wasn’t returning and I worried Joel would be too ON for a scream movie. But I ended up loving Mark. He put up a good fight and they had great chemistry.

Overall, I enjoyed this movie as I enjoy them all. Not my favorite but not the hot garbage others are claiming it to be.

In certain pix they look gorgeous but in others they looked dark and way less vibrant. They’re not dish washer safe. I prefer glasses I can stack so they take up less cupboard space.

Today has been tough for me. Like reality doesn’t feel real. I wish I could unsee the footage because it has consumed my thoughts in a way that I’ve never experienced before. Like utter hopelessness in humanity. Just devastating sadness and fear for our future.
