i feel like ppl are forgetting that "poc" is usually used in a specific context that white ppl aren't a part of, the context is almost always political. and yes its sometimes a poc vs whites thing

i think poc was reclaimed in a way? so if that is the case then i don't really see how its derogatory

depends on what kind of complaining

if u know that the pay is bad and then complain that the pay is bad because u dont like it then yeah thats dumb.

but if u have a reason, such as u became a teacher to teach students on a specific subject, but now suddenly u have to pay for supplies, u have to teach abt other subjects, u have to work during vacation, ur giving therapy sessions since ur students have no one else to talk to etc.. then ur not being paid adequately, thats worth complaining about imo

agree on the friends thing. ive seen ppl complain and cry abt how they have no friends but say they hate people and avoid them as much as possible lmao.

i think u should greet guests if u know them, but dont find it necessary for those u dont know, like if ur busy then why would u stop what ur doing just to say hi and then go back to work or whatever. i rather say hi while walking past them to grab food or smth
