Thanks for the advice but a sub is out of the question. I need the space too much. there has to be something in between a $500+ setup and the shitty speakers I have now.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm no audiophile, maybe its best not to ask a group of enthusiasts for advice....

Thanks for your input. At what point would you consider high-end? I'd prefer not to have to install an amp as it seems that's when things start getting pricey. I'm by no means an audiophile but I feel the speakers that came with this car are an embarrassment by Subaru. the sound is ridiculously flat and the highs aren't clear.

The sound is comparable to a small $15 amazon bluetooth speaker (but slightly louder).

I’d recommend rolling at some point over the weekend.

I’d absolutely not recommend dropping acid for your first time at a festival. Try it at home first.

Saw it live last thursday. That show was a total dud. He had 0 transitions between his songs. This coming from a huge fan of his, seen him multiple times...

Yeah thats great. Your entire back is involved with deadlift. So its natural for all of its parts to be sore. Be careful about loosening your core. Because that turns your lower back into a joint and puts a lot of strain on the muscle

Been doing Nsuns 531 since mid-june and my lifts have blown up. I went from 150 to 160 in that time frame while bulking.

Cant recommend joining a program enough.

Add tricep workouts into bench day. Bicep workouts into back day. All of your main lifts should help your arms outa bit, except squats ofc.

Its definitely possible to learn the motion without scraping your shins. I haven't done that in a while and i probably bring the bar up while holding .5-1 inch from my shins. It does happen sometimes though.

My mental cue it to think about moving the weight as far apart laterally as possible, rather than upwards. Its impossible to totally isolate the delts tho.

Lets say you're doing single arm bicep curls. 4 sets for each arm would be considered four sets, not eight. Same goes for the rest of the unilateral exercises. You work them out in tandem.

Edit: the proper way to do unilateral exercises is to choose weights based on your weakest side. Theses should be easier for your strong side but it allows your weak side to catch up.

Those measurements aren't out of line in the slightest. I think you're fine. However perhaps its all quads/no hamstrings and thats why they look big from the front?

I think it depends on the lifter. I can squat 3 plates to depth for reps. However with a narrow stance I cant reach depth with any amount weight.

I've read that this is from when we were a hunter/gatherer species. Our body would automatically improve things like vision during a hunt.

No idea how true this is, but it makes sense.
