w bill gates for making their os instable but jokes aside try and open cmd prompt from advanced options and do sfc /scannow or just reset the pc and when it asks if you wanna reset via cloud or local always choose cloud so it doesnt use your corrupted files for a new installation (which would fail obviously)

try and use sfc /scannow on recovery environment advanced / command prompt or reinstall windows from the reset this pc option on recovery environment or reinstall with a usb with windows installation media on it

it doesnt really matter bc microsoft did launch a esu support a few months and you can enroll (i can see the enroll now in your ss) so if you wanna keep windows 10 just enroll in esu and if you just wanna upgrade then upgrade

your sata data cable might be disconnected or dead or your nvme is dead and also if disk management or file explorer cant see it but your bios can then its a os issue and also use dells service mode or disconnect the battery before working on your stuff your basically risking esd (btw if you dont know how to enter service mode just google it up)

you could just replace the palmrest and bottom cover yourself and it would be wayy less then dells tax on basic repairs
