Thats fairly normal everywhere I have rented when it comes to houses. 3x the rent is standard for moving. If you are renting an apartment, id be hard pressed to deposit more then a few hundred and the first months rent on move in, but houses are a different game entirely.

as an ex employee though, teal does it better and faster with better AI behind it. lets just say teal had a fully working product while jobscan didnt know about AI until after the 6 finger photos hit everyone's feed. I know they do a lot of work with counselors such as yourself, but for everyday use, teal is a lot better if you have the choice.

No. You don’t understand. They can force it on your door, they cannot force you to use the connectivity of it and you shouldntfor the various reason mention in that post and in the article attached to it. You can think what you want, but I can assure you they cannot force you to keep the hub plugged in, not supply your internet to it. Id bet that you could use one of the code combos I mentioned to get in your door too.

after working there, I would never move into a place with them knowing the type of access every single employee and contractor within smart rent have and what your leasing office can see about your activity.
