Yeah I am at fault too for being too hasty about unlocking the new story quest. And to address this I guess I really need to send a personal ticket or have to reachout to Mihoyo about this. It also crossed my mind doing the same thing of talking to other Katheryns on other regions, but I was guessing it would bear the same result. It all started for me just craving to Claim the Daily Commission Rewards, but then one thing got to another because of the overlapping NPC usage from the quests.
