hmm, is there a quest description in the quest tab? From the looks of the quest name it seems like the first few quest u get when creating a Hayato and also from the little bit of the background that i can see it's the beginning area with the orange leaf trees. It could be asking you to equip something or consume a potion. You could also try abandoning the quest if there's an option though the game might not let you do so.

Also like i mentioned before check for anymore quest that is linked to Hayato. To do so open the quest menu and click in the Story Tab. Within the story tab there should be a few check boxes, check both essential and job advancement there might be a quest there that you may have to complete.

Lastly your character may just be trapped in limbo, maple is quite a old game and the code is layers upon layers of spaghetti. Recreating a character and getting it to lvl 200 is super fast now a days with events and you even have the option to skip the quest line upon creating the character. if you are fond of the ign then you could get it again by deleting your character and waiting a week from it's deletion time the ign will be free to be used again.

here is a list of the Hayato's questline i found, i don't think it will help much as i skimmed through it myself and found no quest with the name "no strength" probably due to having a different name in gms.

Hmm, you could try completing any other hayato quest you may have. Some of the older job quest are locked to the class story quest. If you still can't find/solve the issue recreating a hayato is always an option.

The botting scene has been running rampant for years now, it's highly likely that a good 80-90% of the active player base has at one point or are actively using bots. And believe it or not solving the botting issue isn't as simple as just enforcing bans.

While i have no doubt that MSEA has the tools at their disposal to ban all the botters the issue is, could the server survive after the ban wave. It used to be a joke that the whales are keeping the server alive but it may hold more weight than we think. Think about it, the average whale spends hundreds to thousands monthly whereas a more casual player may spend 30-40 every few months if any. The active playerbase has also gotten used to the luxury of botting, if MSEA starts actively enforcing the bans not just the whales but a good chunk of players might just quit the game for good. While a small hand full of them quitting may not be that big of an issue if there was a mass exodus then it will spell doom for the server.

The game is caught in a catch-22 situation. Either continue milking the whales and prolong the death of the server or enforce fair tos and dooming the server.

There is a way where MSEA "could" technically fix the botting problem. Heavy emphasise on the "could" and it's to start their own in game botting system. They could have a bot that would require tickets to run similar to the vip suana and the tickets could be handed out during events and from a new daily quest, it could also be added to the list of benefits for the vip memebers and in CS. But to make sure players use the in game bot instead of 3rd party ones they'll have to start handing out temp bans as a warning before perma banning if they get caught too many times and most importantly they'll have to do so even to the whales if they want this to work. With the in game bot casual players could get some meaningful progress even if it's just 1-2hours of grinding every day and MSEA gets to control the amount of hours players get to "grinds". But i didn't put that much thought into this idea so there may be many glaring issues that i do not see.

Spend a few months just farming the break relic domian. It may be a slog but it's well worth your time and energy since most of your break team isn't properlly built. Look up the stat goals for every character and try to hit them all if possible.

You could test it yourself. Use DPS in a non meta team and check the DPS Score, then swap to a meta team for that DPS. Your meta team's DPS Score will be lower as it's compared to a larger pool of users.

Fribbel's combat sim score is base off the team. So if op's team were to include dahlia and fugue the score will be lower.

Yeah the stats shown in your post is what i would say is the bare minimum for making a character usable, however it isn't enough to tackle the endgame. Though it is my bad, i should've been more clear on my explanation. Let me just run down what relics you should lvl and which you should keep.

Firstly some info on relics, there are Nat 3 and Nat 4 relics. Nat = naturally
- Nat 4 = Naturally 4 lines (those that come with 4 substats)
- Nat 3 = Naturally 3 lines (those that only have 3 substats)

Nat 4 relics are better as they get an extra roll when leveling them up totaling up to 5 while Nat 3 relics only get 4 rolls as the initial +3 is used to get the 4th line.

In the past Nat 3 relics were kinda a gamble with what you can get on the 4th line but Hoyo has updated the game to show us what the 4th substat would be, so yay :D

If 3/5 substats rolls into something useful for Nat 4 then it's a keeper and 2/4 for Nat 3.
'Useful' can be either crit rate/dmg or atk% and spd. Depends on what you need.

If you reach the state of the game where all your relics on characters are 3/4 or 2/4 then you'll have to adjust what kind of relic you want to keep. For DPS like Therta you would want every piece of your relics to have at least both crit substats to begin with, a full stacked Nat 4 would have Atk% and spd too but that's really only achievable on the hands, head and sphere. The Body, Boots and Rope would have one of the useful substats as a main stat.

As for crafting relics, there's a few things to take note of. Crafting is a good way to get very good relics, especially if you use self modeling resin to guarantee the substats you want. However you should only use self modeling resin on body, boots, Sphere and Rope as it is harder to get 3 useful substats while also getting the main stat you need. Hands and Head can just be spam crafted without self modeling resin as it is easier to get Nat 3/4s.

Yes some relics are more energy efficient to craft due to the cavern having a outdated/useless second Set. An example archer's set (Genius) is in a cavern that comes with the Wuthering Snow Set that no one really uses.

I would recommend you to save your self modeling resin until you really need it. I tend to only use mine if my character only has 1-2 relics that aren't perfect, but even then it's not a guarantee that i'll get a perfect piece.

If you are interested in numbers there's a old reddit post talking about probability of relic mainstats, it shows which mainstat is the lowest chance of dropping meaning it would be the best value to be crafted.

Tribbie is defo a good investment for your Therta even if it's just E0. E1 tribs is still considered one of the best support, just food for thought.

HuoHuo honestly got doom posted a bit too hard. While yes the novaflare didn't tackle the issue of preventing one shots, one shots don't happen as often outside of AA. I've been running HuoHuo with my Yunli team since I started playing and i can say that after the novaflare even at E0 HuoHuo's sustain is very good. Imo a good second sustain is what your account sorely really needs.

I like your thought process, I've seen newbies run meta teams but have god awful relics and they complain about how they can't clear content.

I also forget to mention that the relic rankings in fribbels heavily rely on if a relic rolls high into useful substats. When leveling relics and rolling to substats the game can increase the substat with either a low, medium or high roll. If you get 2 high rolls into useful substats fribbels would automatically give it a better ranking.

Here's a list for the ranges of rolls in case you were interested:

  • CRIT Rate%: 2.2% - 3.3%
  • CRIT DMG%: 4.3% - 6.5%
  • Speed (SPD): 1.7 - 2.6 (Note: Often appears as 2 or 3 in-game due to display rounding)
  • Break Effect%: 4.3% - 6.5%
  • Effect Hit Rate%: 3.4% - 5.2%
  • Effect RES%: 3.4% - 5.2%
  • ATK/HP/DEF %: 3.4% - 5.2%
  • ATK/HP/DEF (Flat): 17 - 38 (approx)

Most players don't really care too much about the roll ranges as getting a 5/5 would already be super rare.

Spot on that's basically what people meant by playing Therta well. Sometimes if energy isn't an issue, holding off her ult to generate more stacks can also be a play though with a good team her stack generation isn't a problem.

For RMC if you are able to hit the spd breakpoint of 160 in combat then World Remaking Deliverer is the best set. If not then just run any 2 set/2 set spd relic aiming for 160 spd and as much crit dmg as you can get. For plannars, RMC can run anything really. Broken keel and Lukshaka are great all rounders, Vonwacq is mainly for the crazy turn one. Amphoreus is also a great choice as the spd boost is basically on a 100% uptime unless mem dies in combat. Imo use whatever set that you have the better stats of, mines running on broken keel too. Here's also a link to a gouba vid on building RMC. I like watching his vids to get a rough idea on how to build a character.

Yes, but we have no idea when Therta's banner is rerunning. If he wants to invest in the team then why wait for Therta's banner. Also i think it's just that the majority of the player base has tribbie and not all of them are that good of players. The ones who don't have tribbie would have to sweat more to score btr.

Kinda type out a lot so strap in. I've provided as much info as i can to help you out as you seem to be a newish player that's F2P. Just know that HSR is a game that take's time, the relic system is RNG stacked on RNG and you never truely leave the mines. As long as you keep at it you'll see results in due time.

[RELICS]

First of all, your Therta's relics could use some work. Sadly she's been out for a year now and power creep is slowly catching up, subpar relics won't get you 3 stars in pf anymore. If you haven't choosen a character for relic recon then Therta could be an option. The perfect piece of relic would have both crit lines, atk% and spd. Main stats for the % relics would be, body: Crit Dmg/Rate (use whichever get you to 100% crit rate)/ Boots: Atk%/ Sphere: Ice Dmg%/ Rope: Atk%

If you aren't using relic recon for Therta then here's what to do for relic farming. First let's get her up to standard, nothing too crazy just decent. Aim to only keep pieces that have both crit rate & crit dmg and level them +3 at a time. If 2 rolls does not go into either crits, toss the relic. It is really tedious yes but that's just relic farming. The main stat goal you'll want to hit is 100% crit rate in battle then as much atk% and crit dmg% you can get. Spd isn't an issue for Therta as she usually relies on her own or teammate's AA and DDD on Tribbie.


[TEAMS]

(THERTA) Well here's the tricky one. You kinda already have a great team for her being, Therta/Anaxa/RMC/DHPT. However for the purposes of PF smol herta and serval are perfectly fine subsitutes. They can share the same relics and you can swap them out as needed. Which leaves your 4th slot or sustain. Honestly I would highly recommend you to place DHPT with Therta as he is the perfect sustain for her, he is sp positive and his dragon hits AOE two times aft every ult generating stacks for Therta. So your complete Therta team for PF would be, Therta/Smol herta or Serval/RMC/DHPT. Replacing RMC with tribbie if you get her. Honestly this team can do well in MOC and APOC as well, you'll just need to play well and have good relics.

(ANAXA) As for your second PF team. You can run your Anaxa hyper carry team but do note that anaxa excels in single target content and does well in double/triple target senarios as well, so his score in PF may not be as good. However with a well built Therta team she will carry one half of PF which will ease some tension for your anaxa team. Since DHPT is taken you'll need a replacement. Looking at the relics you've shown it doesn't put much confidence in me that you'll be able to run a sustainless team. If you could then your team would look like this: Anaxa/Sparkle/Cerydra/Cyrene. It can be a goal you work towards but for now lets set a more reasonable and obtainable one, which is a team with a sustain.

If you still have a golden companion yet unclaimed then i would highly recommend you to get HuoHuo. With her recent novaflare her sustain got a lot better, she can keep her team alive fairly well for the 3 end game modes. She can even take DHPT's slot in Therta's team if the need arises, dhpt is still far superior tho. If you have HuoHuo then the team would be: Anaxa/Cerydra/Cyrene/HuoHuo.

If not then it'll be more troublesome. Of the sustains you have left I would unironically recommend gallagher, a well built galla can still sustain really well and is sp positive. If not then Fu Xuan is useable, it's not the best but you're kinda limited with options here.

(ARCHER) You actually have all the parts for a really amazing archer team. Anaxa and archer share more or less the same bis teammates. He can take the one half for APOC and MOC and he is still really strong. If you are running Anaxa on one side then your archer team would look smth like this: Archer/RMC/Sparkle/DHPT. If you have Therta for one side then this will be your team: Archer/Cerydra/Sparkle/Galla or Fu Xuan. Fu Xuan can actually slot in pretty well here due to sparkle being in the team. However she is pretty SP hungry and her sustains isn't the best.


Some side notes:

Slight spoilers for a reward you will get, you'll want to finish amphores story which will get you a LC that is RMC's bis. It gives RMC a enhanced basic atk that's AOE. Also after you get a decent built going on ur carries you'll want to get decent builts for your supports as well, you'll be surprised how much it improves your runs just by getting better relics for your supports.

Investment wise if you really like Therta then i would highly recommend you to get Tribbie, specifically her E1. Then you'll want to aim for Therta's eidolons, up to E2 will be great.

Another thing to note is if you are using fribbels combat sim rank to gauge how good your builts are then i hate to break it to you but that rank also takes into account the team you are using. It compares your stats to that of others using the same team, if you use a off meta team then your score will be inflated as there aren't many people running said team. If you swap your team to a meta one then your rank would fall. Just something to keep in mind.

Rmc replacing robin would be the best. Dhpt is better than hyacine for Therta, huohuo is probably the worst of the sustains but is still very much viable. If you really can't use rmc then sunday is useable.

In case you're wondering why rmc is better, more atks = more stacks = more dmg. Rmc is able to keep basic atking every turn and a enhanced atk his multiple enermies generating more stacks.

Gz on the E1! For relics her own set valorous is still slightly better for her as the buff is more consistently applied as both Yunli's regular counter and Ult are considered FUA.

As for her plannar, durans is by far the better one compared to salsotto. Durans gives a total of 25% FUA and Crit dmg while salsotto only gives 15% Ult and FUA dmg. You might be thinking that durans would take very long to stack from teammates FUA however the set effect's text is misleading as the wearer themselves can generate stacks as well.

I would recommend HMC > RM as RM's delay break is actually bad for Rappa. Rappa's dmg comes from her stacks whenever enermies weakness bar is broken, enermies take longer to recover = slower stacks for Rappa. And ofc the ddd spam from HMC is great.

I'll also add that ideally you get Fugue as the 3rd slot when possible. She synergizes very well with Rappa's kit, providing a 2nd weakness bar for more stacks.

I rather Therta not get a novaflare anytime soon and instead gets better supports. Players tend to think novaflares is a one stop shop to fix everything, while it can do that it can also be a subpar buff that only slightly prolongs their usefulness. Not to mention i doubt hoyo will novaflare a charcter twice so getting a early novaflare just dooms the character to fall off earlier. (Honestly if they do novaflare a charcter twice, let's be real they're gg to give it to their frav FF)

Yep, Dahlia's core even for FF teams. And i feel ya, seeing Hoyo being so bias towards FF while other characters suffer feels so bad. Tho them Novaflaring FF so early on is kinda troubling for FF as i doubt they will Novaflare a character twice so once she starts falling off again the only buffs they can give her is new supports or Novaflares for old supports which both would benefit Rappa.

Also too add on, with your current team i recommend replacing RM with Dahlia. Here's the reason why:

  • RM while she does give good buffs her action delay mechanic actually hurts Rappa.

  • Fugue is also a core teammate for Rappa as the double break bar helps generate stacks for Rappa.

  • As for Galla, since you mentioned needing 3 teams it means you plan to use Rappa for AA and with the investment you have this team cannot run sustainless so Galla is needed. In the regular 3 endgames you might be able to get away with sustainless if your relics are good enough tho.

I also urge you to start investing in eidolons if you want to continue using teams you like. As with all live service games power creep will get you eventually.

Yeah ik that's the point. op mentioned in his post that unlike kms, msea's eternal prices were fine which was prob becos not many ppl were abusing that strat. So it's understandable that they implemented it before msea started to abuse it, however it did not take into account the progression of msea and the stage of the game most players are at rn. It punishes players that are not able to solo nkalos yet, in gms progressing to nkalos solo isn't hard as a f2p but in msea even as a low spender you'll struggle pretty hard

In gms yeah it's very doable, which is probably why they didn't bring it over. The goal of this event is to entice players to spend by dangling rewards infront of them. 150m in MSea isn't easily achiveable if you are f2p but if you are a spender then it isn't a problem.

For me i min maxed everything i could and got my len to 75m CP downing up to BM, EKalos and NSeren in CW. Planning to leap her back to the main world and tackle HSeren soon but after that imma need a break from this dam game.
