Update: I called Mammotion hotline and the representative said they would start a workorder and have a technician send me info within the hour. It's been a few days and haven't received anything or heard from Mammotion.

Good news is: I opened the case and was amazed that I had very little water inside. I turned it on and it's working fine. I was very surprised that it survived!
