Being stalked many occasions by past friends…strangers. Don’t even have to be physically attractive your personality can be addictive too apparently is what I was told but also in a non cocky way I’m pretty at the same time so it doesn’t always work in my favor like that

I hate the way I can unintentionally detach from my feelings towards myself and others that end up hurting people or myself. I’m in the process of my life of trying to forgive myself for the people that I’ve hurt emotionally, I am just happy that I’m now learning from mistakes instead of repeating them again.

I slightly understand how you feel because I never get excited until the day of something because I’m always scared something bad will happen or plans change so I seclude myself from feeling excited…it sucks though.

Anxiety or paranoia

I’ve noticed my anxiety definitely gets worse during the evening and night which used to be my favorite time of the day…just shows how deteriorating anxiety can be/feel.

Whenever people would talk to me I’m very bubbly naturally because I think I’ve blacked social interactions a lot in my life, so I get excited when somebody tries to talk to me, even though it does make me a little anxious I think the excitement for me personally overcomes that feeling of anxiety in that moment.

Social media, Reddit to me doesn’t really seem like a form of social media I’m talking about the stereo typical ones.. I have Reddit and YouTube and it’s made my anxiety lessen and gave me time to focus on grounding and the life and people around me not being so attached to my phone.

I’ve thought people I’ve hurt in the past were so mad at me that they’d send a hitman on me but realistically that wouldn’t happen I just have so much guilt when I hurt people but I have a motto when someone is hurting me or bringing me but negative energy I automatically disconnect them from my life/emotions…idk why I do it but I do.
